No. Classes marked “Beginner” are made for getting started; you can filter the timetable by level.
What happens if a class is fully booked?
You can join the waitlist. If someone cancels, you move up automatically — your booking reference shows where you stand.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, using your booking reference further down this page. The spot is freed up for others straight away.
Do I have to give an email address?
No. Your name is enough to book; contact details are optional.
What about mats and equipment?
Mats, blocks and blankets are provided. Just bring comfortable clothes and something to drink.
