No. I build custom projects — individual software for your specific case, not an off-the-shelf subscription product. The code belongs to you afterwards.
What does an AI tool cost with you?
That depends on the scope — from a small automation to a larger internal tool. After a short, free conversation, you'll get a clear estimate. On request, no made-up flat rates.
We don't have an exact idea yet — is that enough?
Yes. Usually we start with the problem, not the finished solution, and work out the framework together in the first conversation.
What AI technology is used?
Depending on the task, modern language models and automation building blocks — chosen based on what is reliable and economically sensible for your case, not based on buzzwords.
Will the tool run on my infrastructure or yours afterwards?
Whatever you prefer — code handover, hosting on your side, or I keep supporting the operation long-term. We'll clarify this in conversation.
What about data protection and server location?
Taken seriously from the start, not as an afterthought. There are now European options for common AI models — such as AWS Bedrock in Frankfurt, Azure OpenAI with EU data residency, Google Vertex AI in EU regions, or EU-native providers like Mistral from France and Aleph Alpha from Germany. Which server location and provider fits your project is clarified already in the concept phase — not afterwards.
What if you don't have time or are no longer available at some point?
The code belongs to you, as mentioned above — cleanly documented rather than secret, hacky code that only I understand. Another developer can take over if it comes to that. No vendor lock-in, not even to me.
Is AI reliable enough for a production process — doesn't it hallucinate?
Honest answer: AI is used specifically where it is reliable — suggesting text, recognising patterns, pre-sorting enquiries. Critical steps with real consequences remain deterministic and reviewed. I don't build in blind trust in the model.
